With 24 years of commercial experience in frontline enterprise operations and strategic leadership, Dorian built his career diagnosing the human dynamics that shape how teams communicate and make decisions. He started Unanimas because he kept seeing the same pattern: capable, well-intentioned people stalling on a follow-up email that should have taken four minutes. Harmony is his answer to that.
Founding CTO
David is an accomplished Data Scientist and Solutions Architect who bridges machine learning with human behaviour, holding an Honours degree in Psychology and Physiology. He designed the data architecture that powers Harmony's stateless processing: drafts are sanitised before they reach the translation engine.
The first prototype wasn't built for a market. Dorian built it at home, for the hardest conversations in his own life, and it worked.
