Unanimas Insights.

Harmony lives natively inside the email client you already use, Outlook or Gmail. There is no new platform to learn, no change management overhead, and no context-switching to a separate tool.

You write your draft as you normally would. Harmony works from inside the window you're already in.

Most teams are up and running within a single session.

Harmony supports Gmail and Outlook, with the same sidebar and the same output in both.

There is no separate app; the sidebar is the product.

AI writers and LLMs cater to the sender, not the recipient. Harmony writes for the person receiving the message.

Harmony doesn't use tone defaults like 'professional', 'casual', or 'concise'. It considers the recipient's communication style and rewrites your draft in your voice, the way they need to hear it, so the exchange keeps its momentum.

No. Harmony corrects spelling and grammar automatically as it translates, but that's a by-product. Grammar tools correct the text you wrote; Harmony translates what you meant for the person receiving it.

No. Harmony rewrites your draft in your voice, matched to the recipient, rather than imposing a house style.

Unanimas is classical Latin for 'of one soul'.

The name carries the position that communication happens between people who are already aligned, and Harmony exists to get them there faster.

Dorian Detragiache (CEO and Founder) and David Griffiths (Founding CTO).

Dorian spent 24 years in enterprise operations diagnosing how teams communicate; David bridges machine learning and psychology. The receiver side of communication is the seam they built Harmony on.

An intent layer sits between what a sender means and how it lands with their reader. Harmony is the intent layer for workplace communication: it translates your drafted intent for the person receiving it, in your voice.

Yes. Harmony is built for industries where privacy isn't optional. All PII, PCI, and PHI data is sanitised before it reaches our translation engine.

We call this Data Serenity™. A 'stateless ping' is sent to our translation engine: anonymised, processed on Australian servers, and cleared once the translation returns.

What you write stays with you.

In Australia. Harmony's translation engine runs only on Australian servers.

Processing location is part of Data Serenity™, Unanimas's privacy commitment. The full picture lives in our Trust Centre at trust.unanimas.com.

PII and PCI: personal identifiers and payment details are sanitised before a draft reaches our translation engine, and client information is anonymised.

What you write stays with you.

No. Harmony does not use client content to train models. Drafts are sanitised and anonymised before they reach the engine.

Unanimas is on the path to SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Current status, policies and evidence are published in our Trust Centre at trust.unanimas.com.

Harmony Premium is $9 AUD per user per month and Business is $18 AUD per user per month, both billed annually. Enterprise pricing is by contact.

A 14-day subsidised trial is available on any paid tier, for new users, with no credit card needed.

One credit is one harmonisation: a full Lens and Bridge translation of a draft, whatever its length.

Premium includes 150 credits per month, Business includes 500 pooled across the team, and Enterprise credits are unlimited.

Yes. The Unanimas subsidised trial runs for 14 days on any paid tier, for new users, with no credit card needed.

Business pools every user's credits into one organisation-wide total: each seat still gets 500 a month, so a four-person team shares 2,000 rather than holding 500 each separately.

Business also adds priority support and feature requests, and availability on Mac and PC, on top of everything in Premium.

Two primary metrics: Response Velocity and Shared Interiority™.

Response Velocity measures the time between an email being sent and a reply received. When messages land clearly the first time, that gap shrinks.

Shared Interiority™ is the measurable outcome that comes from teams being aligned. It's measured by reductions in escalations, employee engagement and wellbeing, and customer satisfaction.

We review each application and reach out within two business days.

We're onboarding a limited cohort, so we take the time to understand what you need before confirming a spot. If Harmony is the right fit, we'll walk you through getting started.

Fewer rewrites on the way out, faster replies on the way back.

Harmony stops the second-guessing before you send, and because each message is written the way its recipient processes information, the exchange keeps its momentum instead of coming back with questions about what you meant.

Yes. High performers think more carefully about what they say. That takes energy.

Harmony isn't fixing 'bad' writing. It's giving your best people their cognitive bandwidth back.

It stops them burning out on admin so they can focus on the hard stuff.
